Why that phrase

Because "Forma" on its own is useless to search for. There is a skin tightening treatment called Forma, a swimming metric called FORM Score, a Warframe item, a PDF editor and an employee benefits company, and all of them were there first. Somebody who hears the name in a video and goes looking for it lands on a med spa in Beverly Hills.

So there is a phrase instead. Nobody else on the internet has ever written the words "help me Forma" in that order, which means anyone who types them gets here and only here. Carwow did the same thing years ago with "help me Carwow" and it is a genuinely good trick, so we stole it.

What you actually get

Upload a front on photo. A side profile as well if you have one, which makes the jaw and nose scores meaningfully better, though it works without.

Scores come back as bands rather than decimals. A phone camera in whatever light you happen to be standing in does not support two decimal places, and a tool that prints 73.42 is telling you something it cannot possibly know.

What it will not do

It will not change your bone structure, and neither will anything else you can buy. Jaw width, eye shape, the height of your cheekbones and the length of your midface are fixed in adulthood. Forma scores them so you know where you stand, then spends the rest of the report on the parts that do move: skin, body fat, sleep, grooming, posture, hair.

It is also not a diagnosis. If something about your face has changed recently, or changed on one side only, a doctor is the correct place for that and a face rating website is not.

The rest of it

The rater above is free and that is the whole of it. There is a fuller version of Forma that writes the report out properly, with the plan and a PDF you can keep, and that one is £11.99 as a single payment. There is also an app, which is where scans get saved and compared over time, and it is the only part of any of this with a subscription.

If you would rather read before uploading anything, the guides cover the measurements the score is built on, including how to take a photo that does not sabotage your own result. Camera height alone can move a jaw score more than a year of training would.
