How does the scan work?

You upload a front and a side profile photo. Forma analyses your facial structure, symmetry, skin, jaw and eyes, then gives you a score, your potential and a personalised plan. Your photos are used only to generate your report and are deleted afterwards. They are never sold or used to train AI.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store app, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, select Forma and tap Cancel.

Android: managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store, tap your profile, choose Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Forma and tap Cancel.

Cancelling before a free trial ends means you won't be charged. You keep access until the period you have paid for runs out.

Can I get a refund?

iPhone: refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for Forma.

Android: refunds are handled by Google. Open the Play Store, go to Payments and subscriptions, Budget and order history, select the Forma purchase and choose Report a problem.

A web report bought at scan.tryforma.org is paid through Stripe rather than a store, so email contact@wellingtonwebco.com and we will handle it directly.

I bought a report on the website. Where is it?

Three places, and you only need one of them. It stays saved in the browser you bought it in, so returning to scan.tryforma.org on that device shows a "You already have a report" banner. We also email you a private link that opens it on any device. And you can download the whole thing as a PDF from the report page itself.

My report link does not work

Reports are kept for 12 months from purchase, so a link older than that will have expired. If it is newer, make sure you have the complete link from the email, as some apps shorten long links. Still stuck? Email contact@wellingtonwebco.com and we will send it again.

Can I put my web report into the app?

Yes. Your report includes a code, and the app asks for it on the way in. You can also enter it any time from Settings, Redeem a code. It loads your exact scores and your plan, with no account needed. Your report is not stuck in the meantime: use the emailed link on any device, or download the PDF. We will not remove the code, so it will still work once importing is live.

Why does my printed report look different?

The report page offers two downloads. The standard one keeps the dark design and is best for saving as a PDF. The print friendly one is the same report on white, for printing on paper without using a whole cartridge. For either, set Margins to None and turn off Headers and footers in your browser's print window.

Is the app on Android?

Yes, Forma is on Google Play, and on the App Store. The web scan at scan.tryforma.org works on any device with no download at all.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app and go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes your account and the data stored on your device. You can also email contact@wellingtonwebco.com and we'll remove your data.

Are my photos kept or sold?

No. Photos are used only to generate your analysis and are deleted afterwards (within 72 hours in all cases). We never sell your photos or use them to train AI. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
