How does the scan work?

You upload a front and a side profile photo. Forma analyses your facial structure, symmetry, skin, jaw and eyes, then gives you a score, your potential and a personalised plan. Your photos are used only to generate your report and are deleted afterwards. They are never sold or used to train AI.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store app, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, select Forma and tap Cancel. Cancelling before a free trial ends means you won't be charged.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for Forma.

How do I delete my data?

Open the app and go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes your account and the data stored on your device. You can also email contact@wellingtonwebco.com and we'll remove your data.

Are my photos kept or sold?

No. Photos are used only to generate your analysis and are deleted afterwards (within 72 hours in all cases). We never sell your photos or use them to train AI. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Is Forma medical advice?

No. Forma is for personal self-improvement only and does not provide medical, diagnostic or cosmetic-treatment advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.
