Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Forma website and app (the "Service"), operated by Wellington Web Co ("Forma", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. What Forma is and is not
Forma provides AI generated analysis of facial appearance and general self improvement suggestions for informational purposes only. Forma is not a medical, dermatological, psychological or diagnostic service, does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Scores and plans are estimates, not guarantees of any outcome.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to submit any photo you upload and must not upload images of other people without their consent.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
- Single report (web): a single payment unlocks the full report for one scan, processed by Stripe. Access is granted on successful payment.
- Membership (app): automatically renewing subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel in your store account settings.
- Refunds: in app purchases are subject to the relevant store's refund policy. Web purchases and statutory rights are handled per applicable consumer law. Contact us with any billing questions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful images or images posted without consent, attempting to reverse engineer or abuse the Service or using it to harass or harm others.
6. Intellectual property
The Forma name, logo, design and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our branding or code.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, free of errors or that the Service will be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forma will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the Service and may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, without regard to conflict of law rules.
